Winter Wonderland

A late winter storm came through last night and left this beautiful scene behind. These are the "winter bones" of one of my perennial gardens. I love the structures in the landscape this time of year. I'll refer back to this picture during the dog days of summer and imagine it being 32 degrees again. As beautiful as it is, I am anxious for spring to arrive and end this cabin fever.

One of my favorite daylilies

One of my favorite summer pasttimes is to garden and I have created a selling garden of daylilies. It contains about 200 beautiful daylilies. As soon as they begin to bloom; about the end of May for our northeast location until the beginning of Sept. the garden looks like a box of crayola crayons that has exploded. I can't wait to hang my sign out again this year.
Happy Almost Spring Everyone!!!!
